Tom and Claudia Towles live in Fells Point with their son Sebastian.  Claudia is a native of Colombia, S.A., where she attended law school before returning to the United States in 2001.  Tom was a long time Market Research Executive.

Their dedication to community involvement reaches over two dozen organizations through volunteer activities and financial contributions.  The Towles are committed to enhancing the lives of families in the city of Baltimore through their business and personal endeavors.

Kim Suter is a new mom to Nathaniel Xavier and is the Assistant Sales Manager at aMuse Toys.  She was a long time customer before becoming part of the team in June 2009.

Kim graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 1995 with a Bachelors Degree in General Fine Arts with a focus in Drawing.

Casey Kielian's favorite part of being an aMuse family member is having the opportunity to soak up all the Towles entrepreneurial wisdom she can. Her last job adventure was spent travelling the Midwest and Gulf with AmeriCorps NCCC; where she was introduced to a variety of non-profit projects that involved multiple disaster relief positions, working as a YMCA cabin counselor, and a National Special Olympic Games volunteer coordinator.

Being an only-child Casey considers herself lucky to come from a large family and loves nothing more than spending time with all her cousins and their little kiddos!

Allison Humphries is a proud member of the aMuse family. A recent graduate of Stevenson University, she earned her degree in education and has always enjoyed working with children. She has a deep appreciation for the creative design and educational benefits of the toys at aMuse. 

Allison adored every minute of childhood and hopes to stay young at heart. Allison and her friends love playing games, which is one of the reasons she loves working at aMuse!

Madeline Alcott LOVES being a part of the aMuse family. Recently relocated from Portland, Oregon, she enjoys reading and writing children’s fantasy, exploring in the woods, eating vegan bbq and teaching ESL.

Madeline graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor’s in Education. In Austin, she spent much of her time volunteering with children and leading the service organization, ABSOLUTE TEXXAS. After graduation, Madeline taught ESL in Indonesia and nannied for two adorable kids in Portland, where her love for little ones expanded tremendously.

Madeline is a firm believer in remaining a kid at heart and especially loves play food and fairy tutus.

Sarah Machicado holds a degree in graphic design & illustration from Maryland Institute College of Art. She has love & enthusiasm for playful illustrations, toys and games. In the future, she plans on designing her own line of toys.  She is originally from Miami, Florida and has recently returned from La Paz, Bolivia where she spent the last two summers volunteering for a non-profit organization that encouraged creative lifestyles for children and adults.

Miranda Wulff Altschuler is a stay-at-home mom to daughter, Fiona. She is a toy enthusiast and was a regular customer of aMuse before joining the team as their Art Director in 2009.

Miranda graduated from Maryland Institute College of Art in 2005 where she majored in Graphic Design.

Olive is the newest addition to the aMuse Toys family. She has joined the team as head of security and manager of the wet kisses department. 

Playing, sleeping, licking and generally being adorable are just a few of the ways she contributes to the overall daily operations of the store.

She holds a BA in sitting and laying down from the Towles Doggy Academy in Baltimore, MD.
