Let's Play Mail!

Let's Play Mail! NYC Gift Fair 2010

In our opinion, there is nothing more magical than to transform a normal space into something new entirely.

When I was little, our dining room could be found as a doctor’s office one week, a grocery store the next and a movie theatre popped up periodically in between.

The most exciting spot in our dynamic household, however, was the basement. In it, my parents constructed an elaborate post office made of old refrigerator boxes. It was a semi-permanent fixture in which my friends and I played constantly.

It’s no surprise then that Let’s Play Mail! immediately spoke to me as a must have for aMuse when we found them at the NYC Gift Fair. These durable, handcrafted felt mailboxes were too cute to handle. I immediately admired their slouchy design and playfully silk-screened letters.

The thought and care that goes into each piece is also apparent from the onset. Their quality is no surprise, as they are each individually Made in the USA by skilled artisans; an ideal aMuse and many of our customers choose to support.

My stepson loves to play mail! On days he's not at our house, we often find a little something stuck in our mailbox from him! Can't wait until these come in so I can see them in person!
